Knights and Bikes is a hand-painted, action adventure game set in Cornwall in the late 1980s. This year at Rezzed we sat down with Rex Crowe, the Creative Director of Foam Sword, and we have about 20 minutes of Knights and Bikes gameplay. We talk about the games influence from Arthurian legend, discuss the girls' wild imagination, and Alice discovers that 'flying disc' is the uncopyrighted way of saying Frisbee. This isn't a Knights and Bikes review, but is instead us looking at the latest Knights and Bikes demo build. We meet Nessa and Demelza two unlikely and new friends, and join them at day 2 in the game. There are 7 days in total, and within those 7 days you must save Demelza's home at Avalon Peak. They are two young girls who have huge imaginations and are tougher than they look, cycling around and pretending they're more grown up than they actually are. In this Knights and Bikes preview, you will see how they work together in co-op to solve puzzles and defeat enemies by using their unique skillsets.
There's also a goose called Captain Honkers, so.
